Community Support Worker - Female Arabic SpeakingLiverpool, New South Wales 2170, Australia A$43 - A$45Casual Temporary Mid-level SeniorPosted 08 Oct 2026DescriptionAllegiance Heart & Home Care is seeking a compassionate, reliable and experienced Arabic-speaking Female Support Worker to provide regular in-home support to an older female client.Due to the client’s personal care requirements, privacy, cultural preferences and communication needs, a worker who can communicate confidently in Arabic and English is required for this service.About the RoleThe successful Support Worker will provide respectful, person-centred support to assist the client to remain safe, comfortable and independent in her own home.Regular duties may include:- Assistance with personal care and activities of daily living- Showering and personal hygiene assistance- Dressing and grooming support- Assistance with safe mobility around the home- Light domestic assistance- General household cleaning- Laundry and changing bed linen- Meal preparation- Shopping assistance- Social support and companionship- Accompanying the client to appointments or community activities where required- Supporting the client to maintain independence and participate in daily activities- Monitoring the client’s wellbeing and reporting any changes or concerns- Completing accurate progress notes after each service- Following the client’s individual care plan,
