Job Description

- Provide high level customer service and support to our Sales team
- Based in Sydney with hybrid working

As a Customer Service Consultant, you will support the sales team by ensuring smooth customer interactions, assisting with administrative tasks, and providing proactive service that helps drive overall team success.

Here is a taste of what you can expect in this role:

- Deliver exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and customer loyalty.




- Respond promptly and professionally to all B2B enquiries via phone, and email, maintaining a friendly and engaging manner.
- Accurately process customer orders and prepare event quotes.
- Proactively resolve customer issues, identify opportunities to improve service, and escalate technical discrepancies via the correct channels.
- Build strong relationships across the store network.
- Follow all logistics processes, ensuring accurate information is recorded.
- Contribute to sales goals.
- Support the team with general administrative tasks and consistently promote a positive, collaborative team culture.

Qualifications
