We are seeking reliable and experienced Spray Seal Operators / Crew Members. If you have hands-on experience with bituminous surface treatments and love working outdoors in a quick-paced team, we want to hear from you.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
* Operating and assisting with bitumen spray trucks, aggregate spreaders, and rollers
* Laying, spreading, and raking aggregate materials across road construction sites
* Surface preparation, hand-spraying, and site cleanup
* Performing daily pre-start safety checks and routine maintenance on machinery and equipment
* Adhering to site safety standards, traffic management plans, and environmental guidelines
Requirements:
* Proven experience in road spray sealing or asphalt operations
* Valid Drivers Licence (MR, HR or HC Class preferred)
* White card
* Asbestos
* Silica




* Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to work flexible outdoor hours
Hours & Offer:
* 40+ hours per week with regular overtime opportunities
* Competitive hourly rates $40-$45 PH + penalties and travel allowances
* Immediate start available for the right candidate
