A new opportunity is available for professional and enthusiastic Clinical Nurses to join the Emergency Department at a private hospital in Perth. You will be employed on a permanent, full time basis, with a minimum commitment of 24 hours per week.

ABOUT THE ROLE

In this role, you'll be at the heart of critical decision-making and rapid response. You'll provide expert, patient-centred care in high-pressure situations, working alongside a multidisciplinary team to stabilise, treat, and support patients and their families during some of their most vulnerable moments.

REQUIREMENTS

- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse;
- Minimum 5 years' postgraduate experience;
- Minimum 2 years' experience working as a Clinical Nurse within an Emergency Department/Critical Care unit;
- Postgraduate qualification in Emergency Care, or working towards one is an advantage;
- ALS competency required;
- Triage and coordinating experience essential;
- Knowledge of Quality improvement planning;
- Strong leadership skills;
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
- Flexibility to work a 7-day rotating roster;
- Commitment to teamwork, patient safety, and professional growth.

REMUNERATION

$56.40 - $59.93 per hour.
