Are you a people-person with a knack for connection? Ready to make a difference in the fast-paced world of medical administration? This is your opportunity to be the warm, friendly voice that our patients hear first!
At Sunshine Coast Radiology, we’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic Booking Centre Agent to work full time to coordinate appointments and create a seamless, caring experience for every caller.
Your Role:
- Be the first point of contact, answering patient and referrer calls with professionalism and warmth
- Schedule appointments using our state-of-the-art RIS system (Karisma)
- Keep workflows efficient and organised
- Provide fee quotes and explain Medicare rebates clearly
- Help prepare patients for their visit with the information they need
What You’ll Bring:
- A caring, empathetic communication style
- Advanced computer and keyboarding skills
- Great problem-solving and time management abilities
- A positive,
proactive attitude
- Experience in customer service is a plus!
