Job Description

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager who thrives on creating memorable guest experiences while leading teams through growth and change.

As our Food & Beverage Manager, you'll oversee all front-of-house food and beverage operations while partnering closely with our Executive Chef and leadership team to bring new ideas to life. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to the evolution of our restaurant and bar offerings, enhance service delivery and build a highly engaged team culture.

We're looking for a leader who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on operational leadership.



Someone who can inspire confidence, build buy-in, develop talent and deliver exceptional results in a busy hotel environment.

What you'll be responsible for

- Leading the day-to-day operation of our restaurant, bar, café and in-room dining services
- Championing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring service standards consistently exceed expectations
- Supporting the development and implementation of recent food and beverage concepts, promotions and service initiatives
- Creating a positive, inclusive and high-performing team culture where people are empowered to succeed
- Driving team engagement through coaching, mentoring, training and regular feedback
- Recruiting, developing and retaining talented hospitality professionals
- Working collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver seamless and memorable dining experiences
- Managing labour costs, rosters and productivity to achieve commercial objectives while maintaining service excellence
- Identifying opportunities to grow revenue, enhance efficiency and improve overall business performance
- Monitoring guest feedback and translating insights into meaningful operational improvements
- Maintaining compliance with hotel policies, WHS requirements and sustainability commitments
- Effectively utilising systems including HumanForce, Micros and Purchase Plus

Qualifications

What we're looking for

- Demonstrated experience leading a successful food and beverage operation within a hotel, restaurant group or similar high-volume hospitality environment
- Previous experience in a Food & Beverage Manager or equivalent leadership role
- A natural people leader who can engage teams, build trust and successfully lead through change
- A strong focus on guest experience and a genuine passion for delivering memorable hospitality
- Commercially minded, with experience managing labour, costs, budgets and operational performance




- Confidence balancing strategic planning with hands-on operational involvement
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build cooperative relationships
- A proactive and innovative mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities and turn ideas into successful outcomes
- Experience coaching and developing emerging leaders and high-potential team members
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including mornings, evenings and weekends as required

You must hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) qualification and have full working rights in Australia to be considered for this role.
