* Location: Ballarat (1 Day In-Office to start with & transitioning to 2-3 days per week in office from 2027)
* Salary: $65,000 Base + Super ($72,800 Total Package)

About the Role
Are you a warm, outgoing communicator who thrives on creating remarkable patient experiences? A leading allied health practice in the Ballarat is looking for a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join their close-knit team.
This is a unique opportunity offering highl flexible working setting, with a planned transition to a modern hybrid setup in early 2027.
What You'll Be Doing As the primary voice and digital touchpoint for patients, your day-to-day will involve:
* Patient Care & Retention: Welcoming new patients into their care plans, following up with leads, and making proactive outreach calls to re-engage patients at risk of falling behind on their health goals.
* Membership Concierge: Helping launch and manage a new premium patient membership program.
* Digital Communication:



Managing incoming patient inquiries and Meta Business Direct Messages (strictly customer service & inquiry management - no marketing or content creation required!).
* Clinic Administration: Assisting with patient records, basic reception support, and x-ray admin.
What We're Looking For
* Personality First: A bubbly, warm, and naturally empathetic personality with a positive, upbeat energy.
* Exceptional Communication: Superior phone etiquette and the ability to build immediate rapport over the phone.
* Location Flexibility: Ballarat local (or nearby) who is comfortable working in hybrid arrangement in Ballarat.
* Proactive Drive: Comfortable making outgoing calls regarding payments, rebookings, and patient follow-ups with tact and care.
