- Work closely with experienced engineers and technical leaders through pairing, development discussions and knowledge sharing to build engineering skills and learn industry best practices.
- Conduct development testing, help identify and resolve technical issues, and gain exposure to monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog.
- Build practical experience across modern JavaScript, Node.js, AWS and AI-enabled development tools, with opportunities to learn complementary technologies and platforms.
- Contribute to team meetings, respond to development requests, communicate progress and challenges proactively, and seek guidance when needed.
- Actively seek feedback, embrace learning opportunities and progressively develop the technical skills, confidence and independence required to contribute to the wider engineering team.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field, or a coding bootcamp supported by practical development experience.
- Foundational software development knowledge, including JavaScript and full-stack concepts.
- Familiarity with programming principles, testing, debugging and version control.
