CMC International Group is seeking a hands-on, motivated individual to join our team as a Labourer / Installation Trainee.

Training will be provided in capital equipment installation, service, and maintenance within the automotive and industrial sectors. No prior experience is required, however a strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn are essential.

The role includes:

- Hands-on physical work
- Use of power tools and equipment
- Assisting with installation and servicing of spray booths and finishing systems
- Working alongside senior technicians
- Occasional interstate travel for client installations

This is an excellent prospect for someone looking to build a long-term technical career within a growing Australian company working with advanced European equipment and technology.
