About the Role We're seeking experienced concreters to join our growing team on a variety of residential and commercial projects. You'll work alongside our crew on tasks including formwork, pouring, finishing, and site prep. This is hands-on, outdoor work with opportunities for ongoing employment for reliable, skilled team players.

Key Responsibilities

- Erect and dismantle formwork accurately
- Lay and tie steel reinforcing (rebar)
- Mix, pour, spread, level, and screed concrete to specifications
- Finish concrete surfaces (trowelling, floating, polishing, edging, and sealing)
- Operate power trowels, screeds, and other concreting tools/equipment
- Prepare sites, including excavation, ground prep, and setting levels
- Ensure work meets quality standards, timelines, and safety requirements




- Assist with general site duties and collaborate with the team

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience as a concreter (minimum 2-3+ years hands-on experience preferred but not essential)
- Strong skills in concrete finishing, formwork, steel fixing, and slab/driveway work
- Ability to read plans and understand levels/measurements
- Reliable, hardworking, with a positive attitude and valuable work ethic
- Physically fit and able to handle heavy lifting and manual labour in outdoor conditions
- White Card (Construction Induction Card) - essential
- Own reliable transport to get to sites around Adelaide (highly regarded)
- Own basic hand tools (advantageous)
- Drivers licence preferred
