ABOUT THE ROLE
Tidda Workforce is currently seeking experienced Precast Labourers for ongoing work with a busy and well-established precast manufacturing operation in Buchanan, NSW.
This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced precast yard, offering consistent full-time hours, overtime opportunities, and long-term employment potential with a growing operation.
Location: Buchanan, NSW
Role: Precast Labourer
Employment Type: Casual (Full-Time Hours)
Hours: Monday - Friday | 6:00am - 4:00pm
Overtime: Daily overtime + Saturday work available as required
Pay Rate: $40.67 per hour casual + penalty rates
Start: ASAP
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Setting up and stripping precast moulds
- Assisting with concrete pours and finishing activities
- Basic formwork and reinforcement work
- Reading and interpreting basic drawings and plans
- General precast yard duties
- Assisting production teams to meet daily targets
- Maintaining a safe and productive work workplace
- Supporting trades and leading hands where required
ABOUT YOU
You are a reliable and experienced precast worker who takes pride in producing quality work while maintaining a strong commitment to safety.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Minimum 12 months of precast, concrete or civil earthworks experience
- White Card (Construction Induction)
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work overtime
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol testing
