What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee day-to-day club operations
- Lead, coach, and motivate your team
- Deliver an outstanding member experience every day
- Drive social media and marketing strategy
- Drive membership growth and achieve key sales targets
- Build local connections through community engagement
- Maintain a safe, clean, and high-standard environment
- Ensure compliance with franchise and OH&S; standards
What We’re Looking For
- Leadership or management experience (fitness industry preferred)
- Confident communicator with strong customer service skills
- Results-driven and proactive attitude
- Passion for fitness and helping others reach their goals
- Organised, adaptable, and ready to take ownership
Requirements :
- Current First Aid & CPR certification :
- Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) :
- Full-time availability (38 hours per week)

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
