WHAT YOU’LL DO

As Store Manager, you’ll lead all day‑to‑day operations of the restaurant while fostering a positive, energetic and high‑performing team culture.

Your key responsibilities will include: Leadership & Team Development

- Lead, coach and motivate a diverse team to deliver outstanding service and consistent food quality.
- Support training and development to build team capability and confidence.
- Create a culture that reflects our “Feel Good Mex” values and embraces teamwork.

Operational Excellence

- Oversee all aspects of store operations including food preparation, service quality, cleanliness and compliance.
- Manage stock levels, ordering and wastage to ensure smooth operations and cost control.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and workplace health & safety.

Customer Experience

- Ensure every customer receives friendly, quick and high‑quality service.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues confidently and professionally.

Administration & Performance

- Manage rosters, labour costs and shift planning.
- Monitor store performance and drive initiatives to meet sales targets.




- Work collaboratively with franchise and support teams to uphold brand standards.

Required Experience, Skills & Attributes

- Previous leadership or management experience in hospitality, retail or quick service restaurants.
- A friendly, positive and motivational leadership style.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering great results.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, organised and self‑motivated.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
