Farha Diba, Owner & Principal of Raine & Horne Ingleburn , is seeking an experienced, motivated, and driven Real Estate Agent to join her successful and fast-paced team in the Sydney Southwest region.

This role is ideal for a hungry professional who thrives on listings, enjoys building strong client relationships, and is ready to grow their career within a high-performing office. KPI tracking is not enforced — what matters is your energy, consistency, and ability to deliver results.

About the Role

As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for generating and securing listings, managing sales campaigns, and delivering exceptional service to vendors and buyers. You must be confident handling a high volume of properties and working independently while being supported by a strong team environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Consistently generate and secure new residential listings
- Conduct market appraisals, open homes, and private inspections
- Manage and convert leads through strong follow-up and negotiation
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and prospects
- Manage multiple listings and sales campaigns simultaneously
- Represent the Raine & Horne brand with professionalism and integrity

Essential Requirements

- Minimum 6-12 months experience in residential real estate sales or listing generation





- Hold Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) or NSW Certificate of Registration :

- Current NSW Real Estate Licence (or working towards)

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Highly self-motivated, goal-driven, and results-focused

- Ability to handle a quick-paced, high-volume workload

- Valid Australian driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

- Full Australian work rights
