Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional assistance in-store
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Process sales transactions using POS systems
- Maintain attractive product displays and organized store presentation
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Stay up to date with current promotions, product features, and pricing
- Support inventory management and stock replenishment
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive shopping experience
Requirements :
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or sales associate roles preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset
- Basic computer and POS system familiarity
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends if required
