As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a highly experienced Supply Chain & Logistics Manager to oversee and enhance our logistics operations and contribute to our strategic goals.

Responsibilities :

- Oversee the entire supply chain and logistics operations, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
- Manage relationships with key suppliers, vendors, and third-party logistics providers to ensure seamless operations and service delivery.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Lead and mentor a team of supply chain and logistics professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Plan and manage logistics capacity, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers while meeting service level agreements (SLAs).




- Develop and maintain detailed reporting systems to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure transparency of logistics activities.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and legal regulations relating to the supply chain and logistics functions.
- Coordinate with internal departments (sales, customer service, procurement, etc.) to align supply chain operations with business needs and customer requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and optimal pricing.
- Stay up-to-date with trends and developments in supply chain and logistics management, adopting best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare and manage budgets for supply chain and logistics operations, ensuring cost control and maximizing profitability.

Requirements :

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in supply chain and logistics management, preferably within a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics processes, including inventory management, distribution, procurement, and transportation.




- Experience with logistics management software and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Proven ability to manage and lead cross-functional teams, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of Australian logistics and supply chain regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and supply chain management tools.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
