Heidelberg Materials Australia is one of Australia’s leading suppliers of heavy building materials to the construction industry. We produce aggregates, including crushed rock, sand, gravel and road base from a number of locations across Australia.
This role will give you the opportunity over time to broaden your skillset and perform additional roles within the quarry environment. A background in freight, allocation or logistics would be ideal, however not essential, as training will be provided.
This is a full-time position, working Monday - Friday with rostered Saturday morning shifts according to business needs.
In your new role with us, you will :
- Manage the weighbridge and focus on accurate truck allocation
- Scheduling of maintenance on vehicles and machinery
- Provide high level customer service to our valued customer base
- Support a range of administrative tasks for the site
- Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items
