Hello,

Salary will be discussed on the level of experience but will be between $ 76,515 to $ 79,500+ super.

Skill and Experience Required:

- At least one (1) year of full-time relevant work experience (or equivalent part-time experience) in a retail management, café management, hospitality management, or closely related supervisory role.
- Demonstrated experience in managing day-to-day retail or café operations, including stock control, purchasing, sales monitoring, and customer service management.
- Proven ability to formulate and implement pricing, purchasing, and promotional strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Experience in recruiting, training, supervising, and managing staff performance.
- Strong financial and commercial awareness,



including experience in budgeting, cash handling, sales reporting, and cost control.
- Sound knowledge of inventory management and supplier coordination.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Robust organisational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety requirements and workplace compliance obligations.
