Hotlob is a seafood-focused food brand known for quality products and great customer experiences. We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Junior Crew Member to join our team at Karrinyup Shopping Centre .
This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn practical hospitality skills , build confidence in a busy environment, and gain real experience working as part of a team.
About the Role
As a Junior Crew Member, you will support day-to-day store operations while learning how a high-volume food business runs.
Key Responsibilities
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Preparing and assembling food products to Hotlob standards
- Serving customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Operating the POS system and handling payments
- Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
- Assisting with opening and closing tasks
- Restocking and monitoring inventory levels
- Working closely with team members to keep service running smoothly
- Maintaining personal presentation in line with brand standards
About You
We are looking for someone who is dependable, positive, and willing to learn.
You will ideally have :
- Previous experience in takeaway, sushi systems, or hospitality (helpful but not essential — training provided)
- Good communication skills
- A strong work ethic and willingness to take direction
- A positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Pride in cleanliness and presentation
Weekend availability is essential , as these are our busiest trading periods.
