Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Individual to join our team as a Furniture Sales Consultant. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Cairnlea, VIC. In this role, you will engage with customers to understand their needs, provide expert product recommendations, and contribute to achieving sales goals.
You will also ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and assisting clients in creating their ideal living spaces.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales Consulting and Consulting to drive purchasing decisions and meet sales targets.
- Strong expertise in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Exceptional Communication skills to effectively understand customer needs and articulate product features and benefits.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
- Prior experience in retail or furniture sales is a plus.
- Passion for home furnishings and interior design is advantageous.
