- Respond to customer requests related to statements, account maintenance, and other HICAPS related enquiries.
- Process customer-submitted forms accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely resolution.
- Provide clear and empathetic communication to guide customers through temporary changes in service access.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Demonstrate confidence and professionalism in phone-based conversations, even though this is not a call centre role.
- Adapt to evolving processes and systems as new functionality is rolled out.

This position is a 6-month temporary contract starting 1st June 2026. You will work at NAB Office, 395 Bourke Street CBD,



Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, 8 hours per day during normal business hours. The pay rate is $37.13ph+super. What you’ll need to Succeed

- Open to fresh graduates! With strong motivation in Banking or Healthcare Finance
- Prior customer service experience - hospitality or retail are welcome.
- Detail oriented and resilient
- Proactive and a quick learner
- Reliable and ability to work autonomously
