The role

We are seeking experienced Front of House All-Rounder Cafe and Barista's to join our team in our Rozelle, Surry Hills, Chatswood locations. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who take pride in service, presentation and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for delivering a polished customer experience while supporting daily café and counter service operations.

Key responsibilities

- Providing warm, professional and attentive customer service
- POS operation and accurate cash handling
- Coffee and beverage preparation (barista experience essential)
- Food service and product knowledge across the LoDe range
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Opening and closing duties as required
- Working collaboratively with the wider team during busy service periods

About you





To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Minimum of 2-year premium café or hospitality experience including barista (essential)
- Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
- The ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A professional, well-presented manner
- Reliability, punctuality and flexibility across a rotating roster

Casual Pay rates

- $31 per hour - Weekdays
- $37 per hour - Saturdays
- $43 per hour - Sundays
