About the Role
This is a front-of-house showroom role that also has a focus on reception work ideal for someone with reception, retail, or customer service experience.
You’ll be the first point of contact for customers walking into our showroom, helping guide their initial enquiries and ensuring they feel confident and looked after from the moment they arrive.
You’ll also play a key support role behind the scenes, helping coordinate appointments and keep the sales team running smoothly.
What you’ll be doing
- Welcoming customers and creating a strong first impression
- Assisting with general product enquiries (training provided)
- Booking in-home consultations for our sales team
- Reviewing basic house plans to help guide next steps
- Supporting admin and day-to-day showroom operations
About You
This role is perfect for someone who has worked in:
- Reception
- Retail sales
- Customer service / front desk roles
You’ll bring:
- Confidence speaking with customers face-to-face and over the phone
- Strong organisation and ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Attention to detail (especially with bookings and plans)
- A friendly, qualified, and approachable manner
- A team-first attitude
No industry experience required — we’ll train you.
