We’re now looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team and deliver the exceptional service we’re known for.
What You’ll Do :
- Support customers across multiple channels with professionalism and care
- Resolve queries and complaints promptly, using sound judgment
- Document all customer interactions accurately
- Collaborate with team members and internal partners
- Follow data security practices and protect customer information
- Enjoy adaptable work options, with mainly Monday-Friday hours and occasional weekend coverage
What You’ll Bring :
- 2+ years' relevant, proven experience in retail or contact centre roles
- Strong communication and customer‑focused mindset- Confident problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise
- Tech-savvy, comfortable working across multiple systems
- Team‑oriented, adaptable, and professional
