The Customer Engagement Experience Consultant is the first point of contact and a welcoming voice for our customers. Based in Box Hill, this role forms an integral part of the Customer Service Team, communicating with customers daily in order to provide a game changing service. This role is a key support to our Job Coaches and the wider team, contributing meaningfully to the ultimate goal of placing our customers into sustainable employment.

About you :
- Proven experience of working within a Customer Centric environment
- Previous customer service experience (call centre experience preferred)
- Demonstrated qualities of empathy, integrity and compassion
- The ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail in a high pressured environment
- Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Office
- Action oriented, taking on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm
- Customer focused, building strong Stakeholder relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions
- Able to manage conflict
