We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and takes pride in providing exceptional customer service from the moment a customer walks through the door.

About the Role

As the first point of contact, you'll play an key role in creating a welcoming, organised and professional experience for every customer.

You'll assist customers with bookings, fittings, garment collections and enquiries while helping keep the store running smoothly.

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, learns quickly, communicates confidently, and takes initiative.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who wants to grow with the business. We value team members who take ownership, bring ideas, and genuinely care about helping us provide the best possible experience for every customer.

What You'll Be Doing

- Greeting customers with a warm and friendly attitude
- Doing fittings and some alterations
- Processing payments
- Managing customer collections
- Entering customer information accurately into our computer system
- Coordinating garments between customers and our sewing team
- Keeping the front of the store clean, organised and welcoming
- Supporting the team wherever needed

The Person We're Looking For

You are someone who:

- Has excellent spoken and written English
- Loves working with people
- Presents professionally and takes pride in your appearance
- Is naturally warm, friendly and approachable
- Enjoys learning new systems and technology
- Is organised and able to manage multiple tasks
- Learns quickly and works efficiently




- Has solid attention to detail
- Is reliable, proactive and enjoys being part of a team

Bonus points if you have experience in fashion, clothing or sewing, but it's not essential we're happy to teach the right person.
