Internal Sales / Customer Service - Commercial Lighting

Gamma Illumination is long-established Australian manufacturer of commercial LED lighting, with over 40 years of successful operation. We are seeking an experienced Internal Sales / Customer Service professional who can manage enquiries, orders, and coordination accurately and without close supervision .
The Role
- Prepare precise quotes and process orders end-to-end
- Coordinate with warehouse, production, and project teams
- Provide accurate delivery timelines and follow through
Requirements (Essential)
- Proven experience in internal sales or customer service :
- Strong attention to detail — able to process orders accurately first time :
- Confident and professional communication skills
- Highly organised,
able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks
Highly Regarded
- Experience in lighting, electrical, or technical products
- ERP or order processing system experience

- Full-time | Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm

Pay: $62,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
