Looking to join a fun and fast-paced entertainment venue? iPlay is hiring Part time Customer Service Attendants (CSAs) to join the team and make experiences unforgettable.

As a CSA, you will ensure all aspects of the venue are running smoothly while delivering exceptional guest experiences in a multi-faceted venue featuring bowling, a cocktail bar, and arcade.

Reporting to the Shift Supervisor and Venue Manager, you will take a hands-on approach while supporting the team during busy periods.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead with a customer-first mindset and ensure every customer leaves with a smile
- Serve and assist customers with all queries and concerns
- Work alongside a vibrant and energetic team to achieve shift goals and maintain standards
- Assist with venue cleaning and daily operational tasks

About you

- A hands-on worker determined to make guests’ experiences unforgettable
- Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining venue cleanliness and presentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in retail or hospitality preferred but not required
- Available to work a part-time roster across days, nights, weekends, and public holidays as required
- Available to work at one or more iPlay venues in Wetherill Park, Edmonson Park, and Liverpool CBD
- Able to maintain calm under high-pressure situations
- Valid NSW RSA Certificate strongly preferred
- Driver’s licence (unrestricted or provisional) and reliable transport strongly preferred
