- Full-time (38 hours).
- Rostered Hours: Monday to Saturday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm (rotating roster).
- Located at Brickworks Place, Rochedale, QLD (FREE Parking).
- Australian based role.

Key Responsibilities

- Update customer accounts with relevant details after communication.
- Send necessary communication to stores following customer calls, if needed.
- Process orders as per client specifications.
- Escalate critical issues to management when necessary.
