Position Overview : As an experienced Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of the Glengowrie Medical Complex and its community of independent tenant providers.

Your responsibilities will include :

- Greeting patients with a warm and friendly demeanour.
- Efficiently managing patient appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling,



and cancellations across a range of healthcare providers.
- Coordinating patient check-in and check-out procedures.
- Verifying patient details and processing billing and payments as required.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records in line with provider requirements.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary community of tenant providers to support exceptional patient care.
- Assisting with administrative tasks and contributing to the overall smooth running of the complex.

Experience & Qualifications :

- Previous experience as a receptionist in a Primary Healthcare setting is required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on patient care.
- Exceptional organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of medical billing and administrative procedures.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and composure.
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy.
