Responsibilities :
- Greet and welcome patients with a warm, friendly attitude.
- Professionally answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
- Efficiently schedule and confirm patient appointments.
- Accurately collect and update patient information in our electronic records system.
- Verify insurance coverage and assist patients with billing questions.
- Assist with administrative duties, including filing, record-keeping, and correspondence.
- Collaborate with the dental team to maintain smooth patient flow.
- Follow up with patients on treatment plans, appointments, and referrals.
Requirements :
