New Wave Living is a growing home improvement and outdoor living company based in Wangara, WA . We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and proactive Full-Time Receptionist to join our team and support daily front desk operations, customer enquiries, and internal coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and manage daily phone calls and customer enquiries professionally
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers in our showroom
- Respond to online enquiries (website / social media / messages)
- Support our advertising team with social media updates and content posting :
- Assist with daily inventory updates (basic stock in/out records)
- Help with general warehouse tasks when required
What We’re Looking For
- Positive attitude, solid work ethic, and willingness to learn
- Basic understanding of social media marketing and website operations :
- Good communication skills and customer service mindset
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Chinese speaking is preferred but not essential :
- Living near Wangara is preferred but not essential
