The Educational Leader has an influential and important role in inspiring, motivating and also challenging or extending the practice of educators. The role is a cooperative one, involving inquiry and reflection, which can significantly impact on the important work educators do with the children and their families each and every day. This is much more than a job, it's an opportunity to make a real difference.

This role will see you working in a blended role on the floor and off the floor, dedicating time to supporting the teams in enhancing educational practices, guiding and mentoring educators, and working in partnership with the leadership team. We place a significant importance on the impact you can make as an Educational Leader in helping children reach their full potential in collaboration with our educators & families. You will have opportunities to attend regular Educational Leader meetings to connect and discuss best practice with others, giving you the support to succeed in your role.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have :

- Diploma or Early Childhood Teaching qualification
- Minimum 2 years (or equivalent) demonstrated educational leadership experience.
- Team-based, hands-on,



collaborative approach to your practices.
- Ability to communicate, connect, and involve families.
- An understanding of current regulations and frameworks to support your work
- A focus on children's safety and wellbeing in everything you do
