Caretaking / Building Caretaker - Casual / Part time
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Caretaker to maintain the common areas of a residential building.
Duties include :
- General caretaking of common property
- Cleaning of foyers, hallways, stairwells and shared areas
- Bin room management and waste movement
- Garden maintenance including weeding, pruning and general upkeep
- Minor maintenance and reporting of issues
- Liaising with building management as required
Requirements :
- Previous caretaking experience preferred
- Demonstrated garden maintenance experience :
- Attention to detail and pride in presentation
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
