Short-Term - under 6 months :

- Mostly one-off services, including big jobs like End of Lease
- Flexible schedule - work when you want
- Most other businesses won’t offer work for under 6 months or only offer cash jobs

Long-Term - 6 months or more :

- Regular services and predictable schedule
