We are looking for Full time Baker/ Pastry Cook for our Bakery in Epsom, VIC. Positions are depending on your level of qualification and experience.

- Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities, _
- Prepare and produce bakery products to Bakery standards
- Ensure all products meet quality, freshness, and presentation expectations
- Weigh, mix, and prepare doughs and fillings
- Assisting the Head Baker with daily baking tasks
- Preparing, washing, and lining baking trays and tins
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety in the baking area
- Following recipes precisely to ensure consistency and quality
- Monitoring stock levels to keep our stores ready and well-supplied
- Knowledge of baking, cooking and food is good, having PASSION for it is essential!
- What We’re Looking For, _
- Trade-qualified baker or minimum 3 years’ baking experience (preferred) or 6 months experience in a production baking environment is highly desirable, however we are always willing to help and train someone with the right attitude!
- Flexible availability across 7 days,



including early mornings, weekends, and public holidays
- Written and verbal communication skills
