About the Role

We are seeking a highly capable Technical Support Specialist to join our Operations team. This role plays a critical part in supporting our customers, technicians, and internal teams by providing expert technical advice and managing warranty processes to ensure optimal equipment performance and up-time. This role will act as a key liaison between technical services, customer service, our suppliers, and end users ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.

Key responsibilities in this position will include :

- Assist with parts identification and technical queries
- Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and OEM manuals
- Troubleshoot equipment faults and support failure analysis
- Record and maintain accurate technical support documentation
- Manage end-to-end warranty claims (submission, tracking, and resolution)
- Liaise with OEMs and suppliers to achieve timely and favourable outcomes
- Identify trends and contribute to reliability improvements and technical bulletins.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A trade qualification as a mechanic (workshop or field service), ready to transition off the tools into an office-based technical support role, or equivalent hands-on technical experience
- Proven experience in parts interpretation and providing technical support
- Robust ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and OEM documentation
- Experience managing warranty claims, including preparation, submission, tracking, and resolution with OEMs and suppliers
- Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and fault diagnosis




- Proficient in using CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and reporting tools, with the ability to quickly learn new systems
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
