About Us Green Logic Australia is a growing and innovative business based in Gnangara, specialising in energy efficient hot water and solar power solutions for both the retail and builders market. As our company continues to expand, we are looking for a highly organised and proactive office/warehouse manager to help keep our operations running smoothly and provide support for our small team.

About the Role This is a key role within our business, responsible for managing the day-to-day administration of the office and warehouse duties. You will be the central point for our office coordination and logistics.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily office operations and administration
- Oversee scheduling of jobs and co ordination of deliveries
- Invoicing, purchase orders, and some basic bookkeeping tasks
- Liaise with suppliers, clients, and contractors
- Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse
- Loading trucks
- Unloading Containers
- Deliveries where required

About You





- Proven experience in an Office/Warehouse Manager or administrative role
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and common business software
- Experience in MYOB and ServiceM8 will be highly regarded
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, proactive, and solutions-focused
- Forklift licence
