Barfa Bear, our Beverly Hills Centre, has been blessed with a long-standing Centre Manager who has been with the service for over 20years. She will be taking a well-deserved Long Service Leave break for 4-6months, so we are looking for someone who can fill in her shoes, under the direction of the BearChildCare Director.
At the completion of this contract, a new local prospect will be guaranteed to become available as the business grows in the local area. As it is a smaller centre, the role is only part-time 3-4days per week (salary range is based on full-time).
This role's main aims are:
- Take new prospective families on tours of our service and complete enrolments
- Mentor, motivate and inspire the BearTeam,
particularly guiding Room Leaders and our Educational Leader
- Communicate and work cooperatively with the BearChildCare Management Team
- Be an advocate for BearChildCare Exceeding Standards of Care in alignment with our policies & procedures, philosophy, EYLF & NQF
- Have experience in Assessment & Rating and continue to lead the Team with the Director in maintaining Exceeding standards in 2026
- To provide support and guidance for our families & community, and conduct private meetings if required.
- To oversee the educational care to our children as a relief Senior Educator (when needed)
Your great interpersonal skills; sound knowledge of Early Childhood Sector, its Laws and Regulations; your strong leadership skills and passion for this sector will secure you this role.
