About the Role
As Assistant Store Manager in North Lakes, you'll work alongside the Store Manager to lead a passionate team, drive sales and deliver an exceptional in-store experience. You'll be hands-on in coaching and developing your people, maintaining operational standards and building lasting relationships with customers and the local community. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to grow with an ambitious brand.
What You Need

- Proven leadership experience within fashion,



activewear or lifestyle retail

- Confidence driving KPIs, sales performance and daily store operations

- Strong people skills with a passion for training and developing others

- A positive, energetic approach to leadership and customer service

- Genuine interest in fitness, community engagement and personal development
