Victory Lutheran College is seeking Learning Enhancement Assistants to support student engagement, wellbeing and learning across the secondary level. The roles involve in-class support, small groups and one-to-one assistance during school hours in a welcoming, inclusive setting.
Applicants may have education support qualifications or related experience and will work closely with teachers, wellbeing staff and families to foster a safe, caring learning community.
