About the role: - Lead the planning, implementation and evaluation of community development programs and group activities that respond to identified community needs. - Provide operational oversight of the food pantry, including stock management, quality control and service coordination. - Provide professional advice and recommendations to management regarding community needs, emerging issues and service development opportunities. About you: - Relevant tertiary qualification Community Development, Community Services or a related discipline, or equivalent extensive experience. - Advanced experience in volunteer management and supervision. - Hold a current unrestricted ACT Working with Vulnerable People card - Hold current First Aid and CPR Certificate. - Current Drivers licence.
