The Position: We’re on the lookout for a self‑motivated Appointment Generator to help us connect with new customers and set up meetings for our sales team. As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in helping our company grow by building relationships with potential clients and creating opportunities for our sales team to close.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Reaching Out: Finding and contacting potential clients via cold calling, emails, or LinkedIn messages.
- Setting Appointments: Scheduling discovery calls, demos, or consultations for the sales team.
- Building Relationships: Going beyond just setting appointments; building trust and understanding each prospect’s needs.
- CRM Management: Tracking outreach activities and follow‑ups in our CRM.
- Team Collaboration:



Working closely with our sales team to ensure a smooth transition from the initial conversation to the closing phase.

What We’re Looking For:

- At least a year of experience in a sales, lead generation, or appointment‑setting role (experience in work from home is a bonus).
- Excellent communication skills on phone, email, or chat.
- Results‑driven with a strong work ethic and ready to hit goals.
- Strong conversational skills and quick to build relationships.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, LinkedIn, email tools.
- Independent, self‑motivated, especially in a 100% remote environment.
- Must be based in Australia and legally able to work here.
