Access Wealth is a fast-growing property investment advisory firm helping everyday Australians build wealth through property, without the BS. We are in a major growth phase. In 2025, our business tripled, and this year we've already tripled again.

We’re seeking experienced, high-caliber professionals who want to make a meaningful impact for our clients and across the business.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Directors and leading a small finance team, you will oversee financial performance, forecasting, cash flow and operations. In this entrepreneurial, founder-led business, your insights will directly shape commercial decisions and future growth.

Key responsibilities include:

- Partner with founders t drive financial strategy, commercial decisions, & sustainable growth.
- Lead financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning, including five-year projections.
- Manage cash flow, working capital and complex revenue recognition and payment cycles.
- Deliver meaningful financial reporting, dashboards, and commercial insights.
- Analyse sales and marketing ROI, customer acquisition costs, profitability, and business performance
- Strengthen financial systems, processes, controls, and compliance.
- Assess the financial performance and commercial risk of developer and builder partnerships.
- Support financial planning for new business ventures, including Access Money
- Lead and develop the finance function, including two direct reports.

About You

The ideal candidate will be an experienced, commercially astute & hands-on Finance Leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth SME founder-led environment, bringing strategic insight, pragmatism, accountability,



and the agility to navigate change , multiple revenue streams with long lead times.

You will work closely with the founders to provide commercial insight into major decisions, challenge assumptions where needed, highlighting risks, and translate business activity into accurate financial models, forecasts, and reporting

You will bring:

- Proven experience in senior commercial finance, FP&A; or Head of Finance roles
- Exceptional financial modelling, cash flow forecasting, and analytical capability.
- Experience supporting high-growth businesses, ideally within an SME or founder-led workplace.
- Confidence partnering with business owners and influencing strategic decisions.
- Effective communication skills, commercial judgement, and the ability to simplify & translate complex financial information clearly with non-finance stakeholders.
- The flexibility to operate strategically while remaining close to day-to-day finance operations.
- Experience in property, multi-entity businesses or complex revenue models will be highly valued.
- Ability to collaborate confidently with founders, test assumptions, tackle difficult questions and adopt an owner's mindset
- Able to bring order to ambiguity and operate with high degree of personal accountability.
- Experience with system and reporting building and improvement
