Opportunity

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced commercial property skilled to step into an established portfolio with an immediate platform for growth.

Managing approximately 100 commercial properties, including a substantial portfolio of 35 properties held by one owner, you’ll have the opportunity to build on existing relationships while driving new business, generating commercial sales and expanding the rent roll.

The focus extends beyond day-to-day property management. You’ll be instrumental in identifying opportunities, strengthening client relationships and driving the commercial division forward, with the longer-term potential to build and lead a team of your own.

Role

- -Oversee an established portfolio of approximately 100 commercial properties.
- -Manage lease renewals, rent reviews, arrears, compliance and tenancy matters.
- -Develop and maintain key landlord relationships, including a significant 35-property ownership portfolio.




- -Drive business development to secure new managements and expand the rent roll.
- -Generate commercial leasing, sales and investment opportunities.
- -Build relationships with landlords, tenants, investors, developers and key industry stakeholders.
- -Coordinate inspections, maintenance, contractors, tenancy fit-outs and make-good works.
- -Prepare budgets, forecasts, management reports and client communications.
- -Work with agents, solicitors and other professionals to deliver successful commercial outcomes.
- -Contribute to the strategic growth of the commercial division, with scope to progress into a leadership role.

About You

You’re an experienced commercial property professional who understands the market, builds robust relationships and knows how to turn opportunities into results.

You will bring:

- -Demonstrated experience in commercial property management.
- -Knowledge but not necessarily experience of commercial leasing, lease administration and compliance.
- -Strong negotiation, communication and relationship management skills.
- -A proactive, commercially driven approach with a focus on results.
- -A current Certificate of Registration (COR), with the appropriate NSW licensing for the duties performed.
