Our Wagga Wagga store is growing, and we are hiring for two types of roles.

A hands-on leadership role. You will run shifts, support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with day-to-day operations, and step up to take charge of the store when they are on leave. If you are experienced in retail, great with people and comfortable holding the keys, we want to hear from you.

Role 2: Casual Team Members, weekdays and weekends

We need more hands on deck through our busy periods. Casual shifts are available across weekdays and weekends, with plenty of extra hours during peak seasons like Halloween and Christmas. No party retail experience needed, we will train you.

Retail Supervisor: duties and responsibilities

- Opening and closing the store, including security and cash handling responsibilities

- Supervising and supporting team members on shift

- Running the floor: ticketing, replenishment, merchandising and store presentation

- Stepping up to manage day-to-day store operations when the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager are on leave

- Assisting customers at the till and on the floor with excellent service

- Receiving stock and maintaining back of house organisation

- Creating a safe working workplace for your team and customers

- Weekend availability required

Retail Supervisor: what we are looking for

- Previous retail experience essential, supervisory or keyholder experience highly regarded

- Confident opening and closing a store and handling cash responsibly

- Friendly and approachable, able to lead a shift with positive confidence

- Reliable and flexible, including availability on weekends and across varied shifts





- Impeccable customer service skills, able to identify customers' needs and tailor solutions

Casual Team Member: duties and responsibilities

- Serving customers at the till and helping them on the floor

- Keeping the store full, tidy and well presented through ticketing, replenishment and merchandising

- Unpacking and putting away stock deliveries

- Helping with balloon inflation and arrangements, full training provided

- Keeping your work areas clean and safe for customers and the team

Casual Team Member: what we are looking for

- Availability across weekdays, weekends or both, tell us what suits you

- A friendly, positive attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever you are needed

- Reliable, on time and happy to work as part of a team

- Comfortable on your feet and lifting and moving stock

- Retail or customer service experience is a bonus, but we will train the right people
