As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a reliable, hardworking and hands-on person to join our event crew!

This is a varied position combining event installations, styling, marquee light setups, deliveries, pack-downs and warehouse preparation.

PLEASE NOTE: This is NOT a warehouse-only position. The majority of weekend work takes place on-site at events.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Event Setup, Styling & Installations

- Delivering, setting up and packing down weddings, corporate events, parties and celebrations.
- Installing our illuminated marquee letters, numbers and large-scale lighting displays.
- Setting up backdrops, shimmer walls, plinths, furniture,



signage and event hire equipment.
- Assisting with wedding ceremony and reception styling.
- Creating balloon garlands, arches and decorative installations.
- Styling event spaces, centrepieces and decorative displays.
- Ensuring all installations are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
- Returning to venues to dismantle and collect equipment after events.

Warehouse Preparation & Logistics
- Picking, packing and preparing event hire orders.
- Loading and unloading vehicles and trailers.
- Cleaning, maintaining and checking hire equipment.
- Organising stock and preparing equipment for upcoming bookings.
- Assisting with deliveries, collections and general warehouse operations.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

- Available to work EVERY Saturday AND Sunday, plus at least ONE weekday.
- Current manual driver's licence.
- Physically fit and capable of regular lifting, carrying, loading and unloading equipment.
- Reliable, punctual and committed to turning up for rostered shifts.
- Willing to work early mornings, evenings and occasional late-night pack-downs.
- Comfortable working outdoors, at different venues and in a physically demanding environment.
- Able to work independently and as part of a small team.
- Positive attitude, initiative and willingness to learn.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE IN:

- Event setup, styling or decorating.
- Balloon garlands and installations.
- Warehouse operations, deliveries or logistics.
- Driving larger vehicles.
- Towing and reversing trailers.
- Installing lighting, furniture or event equipment.





Previous experience is fantastic, but we're more interested in finding someone who is reliable, hardworking and genuinely enthusiastic about working in the events industry!

SIGNIFICANT – PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING

This is a CASUAL, EVENT-BASED position, NOT a full-time warehouse job.

We anticipate approximately 3 working days per week when events are booked , generally consisting of:

- One weekday: Warehouse preparation, picking and packing.
- Saturday: Event deliveries, installations, styling and pack-downs.
- Sunday: Event installations, collections and pack-downs.

Our workload is determined by event bookings, meaning hours will fluctuate and are not guaranteed each week.

Some weekends will be extremely busy, while quieter periods may have fewer hours available.

Events don't operate on a standard 9–5 schedule. Early starts, late finishes and changing shift times are part of the job.

We require someone who can commit to being available BOTH Saturdays AND Sundays on an ongoing basis, not someone looking for occasional weekend work.

We're a small team, and everyone pitches in. One day you might be installing giant illuminated letters at a wedding, the next styling a corporate event, and another preparing equipment in the warehouse.
