The Opportunity

Cowrock Foods Melbourne is currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Management Supervisor to support and lead daily warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch

- Manage inventory accuracy, stock rotation, and warehouse documentation

- Supervise warehouse staff and support team performance

- Ensure compliance with food safety, cold-chain, hygiene, and WHS standards :

- Work closely with sales, logistics, and operations teams to ensure smooth workflows

- Identify and implement improvements to warehouse efficiency and processes

About You





- Minimum 2 years’ experience in warehouse supervision or management
- Experience in food, meat, cold storage, or hospitality supply chains is highly regarded
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Hands-on, reliable, and responsible leadership approach
- Experience with ERP, WMS, or inventory systems is an advantage
- Ability to speak Mandarin Chinese is an advantage but not essential

Salary & Benefits
