- High levels of organisational and planning skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Some mechanical/electrical aptitude/experience
- Proficient computer skills including the use of the Microsoft suite of programmes
Duties entailed to this role include (but not limited to)
- Provide assistance in the field to our service technician team
- Packing and logístical organisation of large-scale units to clients
- Booking and tracking couriers by phone or online
- Drop off/pick up goods from clients or local suppliers or local trades
- Receiving and checking of goods
- Maintenance of warehouse and workbench area
- Any other activities or duties that are required by Management
