Known for their quality builds, solid pipeline, and collaborative culture, they are continuing to grow and are now seeking a motivated Junior Contract Administrator to support their project delivery team. Your new role Working closely with an experienced Contracts Administrator, you will play a key support role across multiple commercial construction projects. This is a junior opportunity offering hands-on exposure to the full project lifecycle while still being responsible for core project administration duties. In this full-time role, you will support project teams to ensure all documentation, cost tracking, and coordination tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and maintaining project documentation and registers
- Assisting with contracts, subcontracts, and variation tracking
- Raising and processing purchase orders, invoices, and claims
- Supporting cost tracking and budget control
- Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Preparing reports, meeting minutes, and project updates
- Ensuring compliance with company systems, safety, and documentation standards
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in a Project Admin / Construction Admin role (or similar)
- Exposure to commercial construction projects (warehousing/industrial experience highly regarded)
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Confident communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
